1. Why don't you have more details of the different modules or the exact prices on your site?
Within each series of VETtrak there are several different modules. The website gives you the minimum and maximum price range for each series. We do not detail the individual modules, as every organisation's needs are different, and it would be impossible to give enough detail on the site to accurately determine which module you need. Please contact us and we will discuss your needs and help you work out which is the best module for you.

2. Is there more detailed information available?
Yes! We have an Information Pack with detailed information and prices for each module. As VETtrak is very feature-rich, this pack is best viewed after chatting to our staff about your organisation's specific needs.

3. I tried to perform an update in VETtrak and it told me I have to get the major update from the website. How do I do that?
Updates to VETtrak are available on the Downloads page of the Support Centre. Please login and go to the Downloads page. Instructions on how to perform the upgrade are available on this page.

4. I've lost my User Manual for VETtrak. Can I get another one?
Yes! Login to the Support Centre and go to the Help Documentation page. The latest version of the manual can be downloaded from this page in PDF format. Alternatively a full online version of the Help is also available in the Support Centre, under a separate item in the left menu.

5. I keep finding that things have changed in VETtrak that I didn't know about. How can I find out what things you are changing?
Any important changes to the software will be listed in the News page of the Support Centre. Keep an eye on this page for the latest information. We also email a newsletter out to all our customers three times a year, and current and past newsletters can also be found on the News page.

6. Is there anything on your website that can help me learn to use VETtrak?
Yes! Login to the Support Centre and visit the Tutorials page. Here you will find a searchable list of flash video tutorials on a range of aspects of VETtrak. The User Manual is also available to download from the Help Documentation page, along with a number of short Help sheets covering a few frequently asked for topics.

7. I can't get the videos on the Tutorials page to work. What can I do?
You need to have Adobe Flash Player installed to view these tutorials. If you do not have this installed, click on the "Get Adobe Flash Player" button on the right-hand side of the Tutorials page. This will take you to Adobe's website where you can download the Flash Player for free. If you are unable to download the player, your organisation may have security measures in place to prevent the downloading of software. Contact your IT department for assistance.

8. How do you spell VETtrak / VETtrack / VETrak / VETrack ?
Don't worry, you're not the only one to ask! Lots of people try "vetrak", "vettrack" or "vetrack" before they find the right spelling. So we have put this question here to help internet search engines find us whichever spelling you use!
