Starting Out

We had to start somewhere so we made a bench to build the boat on so that we did not crawl around on the floor too much.

The plans almost fitted perfectly on the bench. This made it easy to look at them and to later align them over the plywood.

From the drawings we marked the outline of the boat on the floor so that we could get a good idea of how big (sorry I meant how small) it really is:
