Trakker series for Traineeships and New Apprenticeships

The Trakker modules provide all you need for managing trainees and new apprentices. All Trakker modules provide:

Advantage Series for Short Courses

VETtrak's Advantage series is designed specifically for organisations that deliver a range of short courses which repeat over time. In addition to the features of the Trakker series, all Advantage modules have the following features:
- The Programme Manager - a graphic, Gantt chart-like display of all your offerings, including a display of financial information.
- Categorise your courses into different types and display only the types you want to see.
- Short courses can be linked to qualifications and contain units and modules.
- Schedule classes with linked locations, rooms and staff members.
- Manage multi-level pricing, with optional GST and ledger coding. Record placements with host employers.
- Easily process payments, refunds, invoices and transfer payments from one enrolment to another.
- Simple recording of enrolments, attendance and results, either individually or in bulk.
- Maintain a waiting list for courses, and enrol people directly from that list.

Premium Series for Corporate Training

If you deliver training in the corporate sector, VETtrak's Premium modules are just what you need. In addition to all the features of Trakker and Advantage modules, Premium's advanced features include:
- The Booking Manager to give you a detailed, colour-coded daily view of your course bookings.

After Sales Service
OzSoft's after-sales service is second to none in the training management sector. Your annual maintenance fee gives you:
- Unlimited telephone support from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We do not charge per hour or set time limits, so you can rest easy knowing that help is always just a phone call away.
- Unlimited custom reports with a guaranteed maximum turnaround time of one working day.
- Regular upgrades. Minor upgrades can be performed with a click of a button within VETtrak, while major upgrades are available for download from our website.
- Access to our online Support Centre, where you can find the latest news, updated User Manual, downloads, and a huge range of video tutorials.
Annual maintenance fees range from $242, with the maximum being $816.75 for the top level module (single user price).
VETtrak API
VETtrak API is a software product that allows VETtrak to be linked with other, web-based applications such as:
- Learning Management Systems
- Web enrolments
- Online portals that allow trainees, employers or staff to access training information online
If your company has, or could benefit from, any of the above systems, then VETtrak API may be for you.
Whilst OzSoft Solutions does not provide the front end interface for these systems, the API contains all the background functions that your web developer will need to link their application to VETtrak.

VETtrak Hosting Service
We offer an optional hosting service, whereby your VETtrak software and database reside on our servers, fully maintained by us. The many benefits of this service include:
- Access VETtrak and all your data anytime from anywhere in the world. This makes telecommuting easy, and allows you to use the one database for all your offices spread throughout Australia or the world.
- Fast connection through our high-speed internet connection.
- Use practically any computer connected to the internet - Windows, Mac or Linux. No need to worry about slow or outdated computers, as our servers do all the hard work. If your computer starts and connects to the internet, you have all you need!
- No need for IT staff - we do all the installation, maintenance and upgrades for you.
- Data backups are performed daily and retained weekly and monthly. Once a year a CD copy of your database will be sent to you.
- Your database remains your property. If for any reason you want to cancel the service or revert to an in-house installation, a full copy of your database and any related data will be sent to you.
- Upgrades are performed for you. You never need to worry about not having the latest version, as we will do all the updates for you.
- No need for your own server, and no worries about whether your server is compatible. We run VETtrak for you off our powerful, dedicated servers configured especially for VETtrak.
- No security worries. We take the security of your data very seriously. Our servers are rigorously maintained with security patches, virus scanners, firewalls and a multitude of other safety measures, and data is transferred using state of the art 128 bit encryption.
- Delivered via Terminal Services, not web pages, so you are using exactly the same software as if you had VETtrak installed locally.
